I had dropped out of coop. *
I had dropped out of speech and debate club. **
Back in 2018, I started a blog called "The Year of Homeschooling Dangerously." Start here to see how my lone student and I coped with all our free time! In the fall of 2019, we rejoined coop much to the delight of my very social student. To see updates, click here.

*Coop is short for "cooperative" which is when a group of homeschool moms get together and share teaching expertise. Ideally, both learning and socialization happen. Coops meet no more than once a week.
**Speech and debate club is a specialized coop where high school age students and their parents try to help the students prepare for speech and debate competitions.
